First and foremost our goal is always to create the most flattering headshots of our clients. We understand how to pose your body and jawline and walk you step-by-step through the process to create authentic, dynamic headshots.

We've worked with everyone from international automotive aftermarket manufacturers and government suppliers to dentists and financial planners.
Please Note: Your quote will be based on the scope of your project (i.e., number of individual headshots, group shots to branding images). A 50% retainer will be due the day of booking and the final balance due the day of your session.

ON-LOCATION CORPORATE AND EXECUTIVE HEADSHOTS
This On-Location Executive Headshot Package is shot in your offices for teams of 3 and up. This package is perfect for the business owner that needs individual and/or team/group shots at their offices for their website and marketing materials. We can bring a white, grey or black background to your office or use your office backdrop to create "environmental" headshots.
We begin by photographing you on your choice of seamless with strobe lights. Our goal is to position both your body and jaw line in the most flattering way. We will photograph you in multiple poses straight on, 3/4 camera left and 3/4 camera right.
You can also opt to have a composite team shot created like the image featured here.

STEP 1 – SELECT YOUR COVERAGE
Headshot stations can be booked for a half day (up to four hours) or a full day (up to eight hours). First, consider your event schedule and the number of people needing headshots. Then, decide on the amount of coverage you require. Each headshot station can usually accommodate up to 20 people per hour.

You can choose either a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes: All images in high resolution, file organization (renaming files to the person in the photo), a standard commercial usage license, a lead list of all people photographed. If the amount of headshots you need or the time-constraints of your event require more than a single headshot station can cover, adding an additional headshot station can make sure everyone gets a great headshot in the time allowed. Additional stations also reduce the wait times for attendees.

This gives everyone getting a headshot the option of a quick touch-up before
stepping in front of the camera. It adds fantastic value for attendees and

STEP 3 – GET THE QUOTE YOU NEED – FAST!
If you are looking to book a headshot photographer for your event, you probably need a quote, right? Click below, fill out the form, and we’ll handle the rest. Our goal is to take all the admin work off your plate and deliver an incredible experience for your attendees.
AFTER YOUR SESSION....
Once we've finished shooting your session, we'll go through all your images and delete duplicates, blinks, etc. As we go through, we'll usually find an image that really stands out to us that we'll fully edit - getting rid of background distractions, editing under eye circles, blemishes, even out skin tones and tweak any bumps and bulges.
We'll then create a watermarked gallery of your images with the edited copy so that you can use it as an example of what your final edited selections will look like. Once you review your watermarked gallery and make your selections, you'll email the file numbers of your selections to us and we'll begin the editing process.
We will begin by editing the 3/4 length version of your image. Once we've finished with the editing referenced above, we'll duplicate the core image and create a waist up rectangular crop, duplicate it again and create a head and shoulders crop and then duplicate that head and shoulders crop and resize it for LinkedIn so that it's ready for you to upload. We'll then email you the final files.
